I believe John Lennon said it best in the song - I am the Walrus- (listening to it now!) "I am he , as you are he, as you are me and we are all together" which by the way was written while he ( i believe ) was having an experience with his shadow self on acid in 1967. In the movie there is a powerful line and and it is this-" There is gold to be mined in every experience" and coming to the higher understanding that we must all lay down the resitistance and denial( the fight) of our dark habits and pick up acceptance and forgiveness and Love the Dark with-in, which sheds on it- a transformitive healing light that shifts the shadow into a higher vibration and the outward manifestations will be a life lived in a wonderful world..Rock on Debbie.
